GFCNA is committed to bring together faith community nurses and those associated with

Health Ministry throughout the Georgia; providing an association that will support,

provide resources for, and continuing education to maintain the professional standards of

registered nurses who serve their congregations and communities, by promoting care of the

body, mind and spirit for healing and wellness. GFCNA, inspired by God’s love for all,

serves people in need, advocates for justice, and collaborates with others to build just,

compassionate communities.

The purpose of the GFCNA is to preserve, support and advance the professional practice of faith

community nursing in Georgia. We are committed to providing faith community nurses and those

associated with Health Ministry throughout Georgia with the support and resources needed to serve their

congregations and communities to promote care of the body, mind and spirit for healing and wholeness.

GFCNA, inspired by God’s love for all, serves people in need, advocates for justice, and
